/VMware is very vast platform for doing virtualization. It provides you more flexibility between Host machine and Virtual machine. Along with this there are some features you should know about it’s workstation. And today in this article i am going to introduce you with that features which makes your working experience on VMware much better than before. But before this i want to tell you something related to the VMware family. Vmware workstation is not only the software which is from Vmware family but also it has some other software’s packages which have different functionality they are, vshphere, Fusion, view, vcloudsuite, and vcenter operation management suite. All these are the main packages but this is not to be an end to their products because the above mentioned product are mostly used. They have categorized their products according to the works and industries size.
Okay now following are the common tips you should know :-
TIP NO 1.

You can capture the video of your work in VMware workstation. Just follow the below diagram and make your own.
TIP NO 2.

You can also capture a screenshot of virtual machine by using capture screen feature from the VM menu as shown below.
TIP NO 3.

Similarly like an operating system you can set a restore point of your virtual machine by choosing the Snapshot feature from VM menu. All you have to do is just take the snapshot of your virtual machine state and revert it when u need.
TIP NO 4.

Sometimes we need to make changes in BIOS setup in virtual machine and for that some of you have tried to press F2 to enter the setup while startup, but it immediately boot up your operating system. So here i want to tell you the other option by which you can enter into the BIOS setup on startup.
TIP NO 5.

If you want to change the hardware compatibility of your virtual machine or want to use your virtual machine on the downgraded version of VMware you can do it so. For that you have to choose Change hardware compatibility option from manage menu as shown in below instructed image.

all extremely useful…never knew VMware allowed a user to have a restore point…..very clever and incredibly useful i would say…especially if a session does not go the way a user would want…the visuals help a lot as well in this post….

Actually i was also suffered by this problem before few days, but got the solution while doing an experiment which is really a best option to create restore point for a virtual machine. It saves lot of time consumed by re installation of a virtual machine due to error while working.
