How to install and run Firefox OS Simulator

Most of you have heard about the Mozilla’s new creation that is Firefox OS and they are going to launch two smartphones this year which will become a rival to Google Android and Apple iOS. Many of you have used Google Android and Apple iOS but not even saw the Firefox OS look. So in this article i am going to introduce you with the Firefox OS simulator, this simulator is the test environment for the Firefox OS and specially designed for app testing. This simulator makes you feel like an environment in Mobile Phone. Just one thing you must have for installing Firefox OS Simulator that is Mozilla Fire-Fox  Okay, so be ready to experience the first look of Firefox OS and follow the below steps.

STEP: 1

In this step you need to install a add-on that is Firefox OS Simulator. you can find it on Mozilla Add-On website or you can download it from below given link.

After completion of downloading it will ask you for installing the add-on, just allow it and wait for a while. Remember one thing the size of add-on is large so it takes time to install because it is bundle of all the Firefox OS files.

Now go to the Firefox OS simulator option which is available in web developer menu.

After selecting the Firefox OS Simulator option from menu you will be redirected to the Firefox OS Simulator Dashboard and  on the dashboard you have to make a single click on stopped condition of simulator, that’s it your simulator is now in running mode .
